Technical Details
The reinforced concrete foundations are built to stand a major earthquake, metal reinforcing grids are laid and poured concrete.
The depth of the foundation has been calculated by structural engineers and has a depth value of 850cm, subsidence walls are formed around the base to protect the builds from land slides.
The thickness of the subsidence walls has again been calculated by structural engineers and has a width value of 65.
The subsidence walls are also reinforced with metal reinforcing grids which are linked with the foundation reinforcing grids.
We use Y-Tong interlinking bricks for added strength. |
